I just found you guys via Pandora.com. Have I been living under a rock, or what? They're playing "The Whole World is A Mirror." Awesome, amazing cut. I love the way you use the recording technology as another instrument. Especially the way the percussion is mic'd. And the bass lines? That dude's not human. The whole sound nearly stopped my heart. I was definitely gasping for breath. Well, OK, that might have been from jogging to the mail box and back. Anyhow...

I'll bet you've never been compared to the Beatles, have you? Well, here goes...

IMHO, one of the main things that set the Beatles apart from every other group throughout their recording career was that every single track of every single album they ever recorded was a nice SURPRISE. But, in a blind sound test, you'd still know it was The Beatles. Go ahead. Pick any album. That takes a level of creativity and, yes, craftsmanship very rarely heard in the music industry today.

But, you guys? Every track on Edge of Content is a (nice) SURPRISE. But, after hearing only The Whole World is a Mirror, I would have been able to spot your "character" in each of those songs. There is a subtle strain that runs through all that you do. Very Beatle-esque.

When I'm done writing this, I'm gonna buy Edge of Content for myself and all of my friends! That'll be two CD's please. And, I'm not completely sure she's still my friend.

Just keep doing whatever it is you're doing to create those awesome sounds and, the totally unintentional byproduct tho it may be, make my life just a little bit more bearable.

So...This site hasn't seen much action since Myspace started up. That is where all the action has been lately. We have slacked a bit...okay...a LOT on the upkeep of this site. Regardless, we have something to tell you!!

APRIL 26th @ 12th & PORTER we will be playing at our very own 10 year anniversary party!! The band is turning 10 years old and we would LOVE to see you all there!!

It's hard to believe that it was TEN years ago all of this began!!

I saw you guys at the Blue Iguana the night I moved to Prattville,AL 6 months ago. It was an awesome show. We all had a blast and loved every song! Please bring it to Prattville again soon. I need my fix before I move back to Boston.
